  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice: 1cl
  • London Dry Gin: 3cl
  • Champagne : 8cl

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Pour LE YUZU into a shaker, add the gin and lemon juice, fill to 2/3 with ice cubes and shake vigorously for a few seconds.

  • Step 2

    Strain into a chilled flute and top up with champagne.
