Lime: 2cl

Cane sugar syrup : 1cl

Sparkling water

Mint leaves

Preparation

Step 1
Cut the lime half into two wedges, then each wedge into three.

Place the mint leaves and lime pieces in a highball glass, then add the cane sugar.

Gently press together with a pestle.

Step 4
Add LE FRUIT DE LA PASSION.

Step 5
Fill the glass with crushed ice, then top it up with sparkling water.

Stir, garnish with fresh mint and enjoy with a straw!

For a version with alcohol, add 4cl of white rum!
