  • 100 g round rice
  • 60 cl milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 mango
  • 2 tbsp LE GINGEMBRE
  • Zest of a lime
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Heat the milk, sugar and vanilla pod, then add the rice after rinsing in warm water.

  • Step 2

    Leave to cook at a low heat with a lid on for 30 min until all the liquid has been absorbed. Leave to cool.

  • Step 3

    Peel the mango and cut into small cubes. Add the sugar, lime zest and LE GINGEMBRE.

  • Step 4

    Serve the rice pudding in verrines topped with the mango tartare.
