Virgin Moscow Mule - alcohol-free mocktail with Le Gingembre Alain Milliat

Ingredients

  • LE GINGEMBRE: 1cl
  • Vodka: 4cl
  • Lime juice: 2cl
  • Sparkling water: 10cl
  • Cane sugar: 2cl
  • For the garnish: a small bunch of fresh mint and a thin slice of lime.

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Put a glass in the freezer.

  • Step 2

    After a few minutes, take it out and pour in the vodka, lime juice, LE GINGEMBRE and cane sugar.

  • Step 3

    Stir with a cocktail spoon, fill with crushed ice and add sparkling water.

  • Step 4

    Garnish with a few mint leaves and a slice of lime.

TIP :

You can turn this Moscow Mule into a London Mule by replacing the vodka with London dry gin!

Make a non-alcoholic version by removing the vodka and increasing the dose of LE GINGEMBRE to 2cl.
