  • White rum: 5cl
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice: 2cl
  • Sugar syrup: 1cl
  • 1 tsp Alain Milliat morello cherry jam

Preparation

  • Step 1

    In a shaker, combine all the ingredients, fill to 2/3 with ice cubes and shake vigorously for a few seconds.

  • Step 2

    Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

For a more exotic cocktail, replace the spoonful of cherry jam with 2-3 cl of Alain Pineapple juice. Milliat !
