Ingredients

  • LE GINGEMBRE: 3cl
  • Alain Milliat Red Tomato Juice: 12cl
  • Vodka: 3cl
  • Worcestershire sauce: a few drops
  • Soy sauce: a few drops
  • For decoration: 1 small celery stalk

Preparation

  • Step 1

    In a tall glass, combine the Red Tomato Juice and LE GINGEMBRE, and add the ice cubes. Stir gently.

  • Step 2

    Season with soy and Worcestershire sauces to taste.

  • Step 3

    Top up the glass with the stalk of fresh celery.

TIP :

If you can't find fresh celery you can sprinkle a small pinch of celery salt on the rim of your glass!

You can turn this ginger Bloody Mary into a mocktail by removing the vodka!
