The Passion fruit Sangria

For 15 to 18 glasses

An exotic twist on the typical Spanish white sangria with our Concentrate to dilute Le Fruit de la Passion !

Ingredients

  • LE FRUIT DE LA PASSION : 10cl
  • Dry white wine (Chardonnay type): 75cl
  • Alain Milliat Pineapple juice : 50cl
  • Ready-to-Drink Le Gingembre Alain Milliat (sparkling ginger drink) : 20cl
  • Brandy : 11cl
  • 1 lemon, cut into quarters
  • 1 orange, cut into quarters
  • 1 lime, cut into quarters
  • 1 kiwi, thinly sliced

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Pour the white wine into a serving jug.

  • Step 2

    Squeeze the juice from the lemon wedges and then add the other fresh fruit wedges. 

  • Step 3

    Add LE FRUIT DE LA PASSION, pineapple juice and brandy.

  • Step 4

    Stir adequately and then place in the fridge overnight to allow the flavours to develop.

  • Step 5

    Before serving, add the ready-to-drink Le Gingembre, the kiwi slices and some ice.
