  • LE YUZU : 2cl
  • Gold Tequila: 5cl
  • Triple Sec : 2cl
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice: 2cl
  • Fleur de sel

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Pour LE YUZU into a shaker, add the Gold Tequila, then the Triple Sec and lime juice, finish by filling to 2/3 with ice cubes and shake vigorously for a few seconds.

  • Step 2

    Strain into an "Old Fashioned" glass, the rim of which has been frosted with salt flower.

  • Step 3

    Top up with 3 ice cubes.

TIP:

To frost the rims of your glasses, we recommend rubbing half a lime on the rim, then placing the glass in a bowl containing a few flakes of salt flower.
