Step 1
Peel and chop the onion.

Remove the skin from the mango and cut into cubes. Do the same for the pineapple, removing the core.

In a hot saucepan, pour in the honey and when golden, stir in the onions and leave to caramelize for 2 minutes.

Then add the pineapple and mango, followed by the rice vinegar and LE FRUIT DE LA PASSION.

Cook over a low heat until evaporation. Set aside in a jar.
