  • 8cl LE FRUIT DE LA PASSION
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 spring onions
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Coriander

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Cut the sea bass into thin slices 2 or 3 mm thick and lay them flat on a plate

  • Step 2

    Pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil and mix with LE FRUIT DE LA PASSION.

  • Step 3

    Add the diced sweet bell pepper, spring onions and the lime juice. Cover and marinate.

  • Step 4

    Serve with a few coriander leaves, a drizzle of olive oil and a little salt and pepper.
